The Purpose of This Study
This study aims to evaluate the long-term effects of tart cherry juice consumption on sleep quality. We hope to provide insights that could benefit many who struggle with sleep issues. Your participation will contribute valuable data to this research.
Your Responsibilities as a Participant
Participants should be adults who regularly experience sleep disturbances and are willing to consume tart cherry juice daily. You will need to log your sleep patterns, mood, and fatigue levels using provided tools. Participation involves completing surveys and possibly wearing a sleep tracking device. Consistent engagement is key to obtaining accurate results.
Your Rights as a Participant
Participation in this study is completely voluntary. You can opt-out at any time without any penalty. However, please note that refunds are not available once you have joined the study.

Risks and Benefits
Participating in this study involves minimal risks, primarily associated with the consumption of tart cherry juice and the mental discomfort of answering personal questions. If you have any health concerns, consult a medical professional before joining. Note that some insurance plans may not cover research-related injuries, and this study does not provide medical diagnoses or cures. The primary benefit is gaining insights from your sleep assessments and test results, though it's possible you may not experience any direct benefits.
