Why I created this challenge:

Meanwhile, social media is buzzing with anecdotal evidence and popular claims about the transformative power of short, mindful practices. “Just Something Quick” aims to bridge the gap between scholarly evidence and popular belief, making it crucial to validate these practices with a structured study.

The aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of brief, mindful practices on improving participants' Sense of Agency Scale scores from Baseline to endpoint. Our objective is to gather robust data to confirm or refute the popular claims surrounding these quick interventions.
